What North Compass provides

North Compass is a discovery, planning, digital-guide and affiliate-referral platform. Unless a North Compass product is clearly identified, we are not the travel supplier, travel agent, tour operator or booking merchant.

Estimates and travel information

Prices, routes, weather, availability, opening information and generated plans may change or contain errors. Labels such as estimated, indicative or mock mean the information is not a live offer. Verify visas, health requirements, accessibility, safety, timings and total cost with authoritative sources and the booking provider.

External providers

Third-party bookings, payments, cancellations, refunds and support are governed by the named provider’s terms. We may earn a commission from qualifying referrals at no extra cost to you. Read our affiliate disclosure.

Printed albums

Printed scrapbook albums are a North Compass product, made to order from the exact version you approve at checkout and printed and delivered by our print partner, Prodigi. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place the order, and the album is only sent to print once payment is confirmed. The price you see before paying includes the album and the delivery method you choose.

Because each album is personalised and made to order, you cannot cancel or change it once printing has started, and the usual 14-day right to cancel does not apply to personalised goods. Please check photos, captions and page order carefully before approving. If your album arrives damaged, misprinted or faulty, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo, and we will reprint it or refund you. Delivery times are estimates from our print partner and may vary, especially for international addresses. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

Accounts and community

Keep account access secure and provide accurate information. Community participation must follow the community guidelines. We may restrict access or remove content where necessary to protect users or the service.

Responsible use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, scrape protected content, submit unlawful material or attempt unauthorised access. North Compass content and branding may not be reused commercially without permission.
